FitBooks Online provides a complete bookkeeping solution for small business that is cost-effective. All the business owners need to do is provide the paperwork on a regular basis eg bills, bank statements, loan/asset info, timesheets etc (and we have a number of easy ways they can do this electronically) and FitBooks Online will do the rest.
The FitBooks Online model is a fixed price package deal model. The number of typical transactions per month are assessed and we provide a cost for the monthly fixed price to complete the work. An engagement letter will be provided which will detail the costs and terms and conditions of the agreement with FitBooks Online.
If the company accounts are behind we will offer to bring them up to date under our Get Fit hourly rate service, and when the accounts are current we will be able to switch you to one our fixed price models.
FitBooks Online works exclusively with Xero online accounting software and also Receipt Bank. For a new client to be a 'good fit' they will need to agree to switch to Xero. Our onboarding process for new clients includes a standard conversion from other accounting software to Xero provided the accounts are fully up to date. If the conversion is complex or the accounts are behind we will offer our Get Fit services initially.
