Bookkeeping Services included in the packages:

• General bookkeeping entries of all business accounts transactions.
• Supply Accounts Payable services as required and show clients how to make batch payments.
• Clearing all bank feeds and reconciling the bank and credit cards each month.
• Showing clients how to enter sales invoices and process payments to better manage Accounts Receivable.
• Correctly set up and enter any new asset purchases and loans.
• Monthly Management Reports will be provided.
• Provision of a paperless records system for the client by uploading copies of the bookkeeping source documents into the cloud which are linked to the Xero accounting entries.
• Liaison with client accountants for tax related issues and provision of end of year reports and business accounts history to enable preparation of tax returns. Entry of end of year accounting adjusting journals.
• Email and phone support.
• Receipt Bank subscription.
• Onboarding and Standard conversions from other accounting software to Xero will be included in the package provided the accounts are fully up to date.
