Why do you think the FitBooks system is good?
- It is easy to use and saves me lots of time
- I can take photos of the receipts as they are handed to me and send them straight to Receipt Bank and they
get lodged in Xero - You (Tony) go through them and do all the muckin’ around in the back end and we just have to pay the bills
What are the features you feel help you and save you time?
- Definitely being able to take photos of the receipts and sending emails with the bills straight to the Receipt
Bank helps us. - The financial reports provided are working well and the accountant loves them, and they enable us to
analyse the trends over time and prepare better budgets and better targets. - The job tracking is a good and it is easy to just click on the job P&L reports to see how the labour and
subby’s and material costs are comparing with the budget for the stage of the project. The information is up
to date so it’s a good way to test and measure and to see if we are making money or not on the project.
Do you feel I am helping you with your business?
- Oh yes definitely, for sure, you are helping us understand the cash flow and are checking all the invoices and
are pulling us up if you see anything odd, so we know it is always right. - Being able to catch up with you (Tony) to go through things and the learning you are passing on helps the
business, and the training provided for the Xero program saves us time. - Our ongoing working relationship is important, we are able to nut out the accounts issues as we go to speed
things up and make the systems smoother and more streamlined … it’s organic … just keeps getting better.
Would you refer us and why?
- Yes and have done so three times already … and why, because you are really helping our business and the
systems are simple … Yeh you are easy to deal with and the systems are good. - Communication is good, easy to contact by phone and email, and it’s clear what you are chasing if you need
any information.
The blog is great , I can see a lot of benefit in the time saving aspect.
Keeping it simple is always the best way, why complicate such an easy process.
Will be a great thing for all of us as we are time poor these days!
